Veggie Burger Recipe with Cauliflower
This easy vegan veggie burger recipe contains only 3 ingredients for the patty and two for the sauce. Plus it's vegan, gluten free, dairy free and guilt free!



Ingredients
- 1 Cauliflower (cut into florets and roasted for 20 minutes)
- 1/2 cup (100 g) uncooked lentils or 1 14 oz (400 g) can lentils
- 1 cup bread crumbs (gf)
- 1 Tbs tahini sauce (optional)
- Curry powder to taste
- Salt & Pepper to taste
FOR THE TAHINI SAUCE:
- 3 Tbs Maple syrup
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) water
- 2 Tbs tahini paste
Method
FOR THE TAHINI SAUCE:
In a small bowl, whisk together tahini, maple, and water.
TO MAKE THE PATTIES:
- Preheat oven to 200Β°C. If you use uncooked lentils, cook them according to the instructions. Let cool.
- Wash the cauliflower and cut into florets. Put on a baking sheet and roast for about 20 minutes. Set aside to cool.
- When cold, transfer to a blender, add remaining ingredients. Process until you get a chunky mixture.
- Form patties and either fry or bake them.
