Like human beings, food has vibrational frequency – a measurement of the electrical energy that is present in all natural living things. Most healthy diets are measured against antioxidants, vitamins and minerals yet the vibrational frequency of the food we eat affects us too.
Our bodies are considered healthy when we have a vibrational frequency of between 62hz-72hz. If our bodies fall below a vibrational frequency of 60hz we are susceptible to colds. Most disease starts when it falls to 58hz and cancers grow at 42hz. You can see that only the slightest of variation in frequency can cause big effect. Many things can negatively affect your vibrational frequency including stress, alcohol, cigarettes, toxins, chemicals, smog etc.
The good news is that we can increase our vibrational frequency. This not only lifts our mood but also improves our health and ability to fight disease. Essentially whatever we do to our bodies affects our vibrational frequency either positively or negatively. The food we consume is broken down and the components are circulated throughout our system, touching and influencing everything inside us. What we eat, good or bad, becomes part of us. That is exactly where the phrase – “you are what you eat” comes from.
So, by eating food that are high in vibrational frequency we can raise our own vibrational frequency. The energy or 'life force' of the food is transferred inside us.

You won’t be surprised that pizzas, burgers, hot dogs etc. all carry 0hz vibrational frequency due to being highly processed however even chicken, turkey and red meats all have a 0hz vibrational frequency as they are not living i.e. dead.
We're not about to say don’t eat chicken or turkey because it’s not good for you because that’s not the message. But if you want to lift your mood, feel more healthy and fight disease then eating fresh natural produce is the best way to achieve that.
